1. Service Redemption
Once you purchase a service through our website, it must be redeemed in person at the Athlos Performance Lab located at:

Please ensure you attend your appointment at the scheduled time to claim the service. Failure to redeem the service within a reasonable time frame may result in the service becoming non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you are dissatisfied with the service received, you may request a refund. The following conditions apply to refund requests:
- Refunds are only available for services that have been redeemed at the lab and are requested within 7 days of service delivery.
- Refund requests must be made by contacting us directly at admin@athloslab.com to initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be subject to an evaluation by our management team. We may require additional information or documentation to process the request.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been used or partially redeemed unless the service was not provided as promised.
3. Inquiries

4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after approval. Please note that some payment providers may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

Some services, such as those that have been fully redeemed or where the service was provided as agreed, may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for services that fall under these categories.
