3. Appointment and Service Use

After purchasing a service, you will need to visit Athlos Performance Lab at the specified address to redeem it. Please ensure that you schedule your appointment in advance by contacting us.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees or issues with your service delivery.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
