Once a purchase is made, the service must be claimed at our physical location. No online services will be provided, and all in-person appointments must be scheduled at the lab.
3. Appointment and Service Use
After purchasing a service, you will need to visit Athlos Performance Lab at the specified address to redeem it. Please ensure that you schedule your appointment in advance by contacting us.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees or issues with your service delivery.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, you can request a refund by inquiring at the lab location. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date. Please contact us at admin@athloslab.com for assistance.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the lab's refund policy and subject to evaluation by the management team.
