Description
Dynamometers are force gauges that measure the amount of force pushed into or pulled against the device. They are easy and more variable to use than isokinetic reaseach grade dynamometers and can perform many functional tests. HDD’s can be used for “make tests & break tests”. HDD can be used for injury rehabilitation treatment of MSK problems by testing and identifying isolated or compound muscle groups.
The main advantage of a HDD is that it is 100% injury risk free to measure absolute strength.
